The decision has been made....we are moving back to Wisconsin! It has not been an easy decision, but I do think this new adventure is going to be GREAT for our family.
Nate has been looking at jobs in the Madison and Milwaukee areas on and off since we had Nina. We've been toying with the idea of moving closer to home for a long time, but it just hasn't even been the right time or opportunity.
Well, earlier this week Nate was offered a position with CPM, a company that works with hospitals and health care providers, in their marketing department.
An added bonus is that we get to move back close to home and our families. The tough part? Leaving all of our amazing friends that have become a family to us here in MN. Did I mention we have to do this all before the middle of December as well?
The chaos of moving has begun. Luckily, we do have a plan. My grandma has not been living in her home in Newville for quite sometime and it has been empty. In two weeks, we will be the new residents! We plan on staying there until we find a home closer to the Madison area to move into permanently.
Nate will begin work on the 14th and I will be at home with Miss Nina, getting us settled in and house hunting. Crazy stuff!!
It has been bittersweet, but we are happy to have a new adventure ahead of us. Our Minnesota friends are going to be dearly missed. They really have become our family away from home. I guess that means we'll have to make excuses to come back up to the Twin Cities!
Here we come Wisconsin!
