- Aunt Cindy and Randy visited us.
- We went to see Randy, his daughter and her fiancé run in the Twin Cities Marathon.
- Grandpa and Gigi came to visit us. We spent an afternoon with Grandpa at Minnehaha falls and ate at Sea Salt. The next day we spent the day with both Grandpa and Gigi; going out to lunch and walking the St. Anthony Main bridge. Then, Uncle Austin and Stephanie came over for the last cookout of the season!
- Papa and Nana were next to visit! They came up to help Mommy and Daddy celebrate their 3rd anniversary. We visited with them and then Mommy and Daddy had their first night "out" while Papa and Nana babysat.
- Uncle Austin babysat on Mommy and Daddy's "real" anniversary, so we could go out for a quick dinner and dessert.
- Nina had her first frat house experience at Daddy's frat, Beta Theta Pi for the U of M homecoming parade.
- We went to Zoo Boo at the Como Zoo in Minneapolis. Nina dressed up as a sweet pea.
Other Milestones we've reached:
- Nina now weighs 8 lbs. 3 oz. and is 20 1/4 in. long. We are officially off of the preemie charts! Whoo hoo!
- Nina smiles on a regular basis in response to Mommy and Daddy being silly.
- Nina makes eye contact with the person holding her.
- Lights and sounds interest Nina.
What a great month it has been!
